Civil racketeering case involving commercial fraud. The case settled for over $1,500,000.

Federally seized and attempted forfeiture of over $800,000 in assets. Every penny, along with interest, was returned to the rightful owner. The government was also ordered to pay attorneys’ fees incurred by the owner.

Federally seized and attempted forfeiture of over $900,000 in assets. A settlement resulted in $830,000 being returned to the rightful owner.

Improper adoption resulting in loss of parental relationship. Judgment was entered for the Plaintiff for $350,000.

Rancher sued for negligence. Unfair Trade Practices Act counterclaim resulted in rancher receiving over $45,000, plus attorneys’ fees.

False imprisonment resulting in injury. Jury verdict for $40,000.
